Dump Clean bag break station prevents nuisance dust from escaping into the workspace during the transfer of powders into a process from bags, sacks, drums, and other bulk containers. Bag break station features an integrated exhaust fan and PLC-based cartridge filter system that continuously draws dust into the unit and collects it in a discharge hopper for reuse. Station reduces material waste and combustible dust hazards while ensuring complete bag emptying and a hygienic plant environment. Station is suitable for food, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastic and other materials and ingredients. Unit can be manufactured from mild steel or stainless steel with an industrial or smooth finish and continuous welds for sanitary processing. Access to the interior for cleaning and filter replacement is easy and tool free.
