NETZSCH Pumps & Systems is building a new production plant at their Brazilian manufacturing site as part of the NETZSCH group's global strategy for producing and supplying the global NOTOS multiple screw pumps market.
Whether sanitary or industrial pumps, this new plant will take over the entire global production of multiple screw pumps. Furthermore, this new plant will then allow the expansion of the company's manufacturing of the other product lines. As NOTOS® multiple screw pumps will be produced in the new manufacturing building soon, there will be more capacity available for the NEMO® progressing cavity pumps, TORNADO® rotary lobe pumps, grinders and downhole products in the current factory.
There are many benefits of the new production plant.
"With the support of the new global plant, NETZSCH will further expand the presence of multiple screw pumps in the US market and supply our customers even faster,” said Castilhos, VP of national sales for NETZSCH Pumps USA.
In addition to centralized production, the expansion will shorten delivery times and increase production throughput.
This entirely new structure was built in only one and a half years and is a 36,000 square foot industrial building with 5000 square feet of office space. It will offer state-of-the-art production, best practices and efficiency that will greatly benefit multiple screw pump availability in North America and globally. The NOTOS® production team in Brazil stands ready to complete their move into the new building.
