Volumetric screw feeder provides sanitary, highly accurate metering of free-flowing and non-free-flowing powders. Feeder meets 3-A sanitary Standard 81-00 and can be used in a wide range of industries and applications. Lengths for almost any application are available. Auger diameters range from 4 to 10 inches. All product contact surfaces are polished to a maximum 32 Ra microinch finish. A variety of outlet options are available, including ferrules, flanges, BFM flexible sleeve fittings and plain tube stubs. Features include stainless-steel construction, air-purge seals, outboard bearings and a fully demountable design for easy disassembly and cleaning.
