March 20, 2025 (EASA release) — The Electrical Apparatus Service Association (EASA) will hold its Annual Convention and Solutions Expo on July 19-22, 2025, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN. The 2025 Convention theme is “Powering the Future.”
EASA’s 2025 Convention education line-up features a wide-ranging program designed to
address all areas of the electromechanical sales and repair business.
This year’s featured keynote speaker, Clint Pulver, will kick off the convention by bringing his message “Powering the Future: Create Loyalty that Lasts” inspiring attendees to create mentorship connections within their businesses. Attendees will: understand the power of collaboration between co-workers and management; see the importance of advocating for their team vs. simply developing their team; create a method of accountability for those who lead; and adopt implementation strategies for how to create greater loyalty.
More than 30 education sessions are available throughout the convention, including:
- Implementation of NFPA 70E and 70B to Field and Shop Operations – any business
providing onsite service work must learn to navigate NFPA 70E and 70B which apply to
electrical safety and electrical maintenance.
- Harnessing AI for Engineering Excellence – practical applications of artificial
intelligence in predictive maintenance, design optimization and smart manufacturing.
- Retention is Attraction – being very selective and community-involved can be a real
competitive advantage. This session will focus on how to use retention of both customers and employees and save acquisition and recruiting costs.
- The Future of the EASA Service Industry - recent trends in electrification, electric
vehicle infrastructure, sustainability and emerging technologies will be discussed with a live panel of EASA members.
The Solutions Expo occurs July 20-22 where the industry’s leading manufacturers and
service providers will showcase the latest developments in electric motors, drives and controls, generators and other equipment and services for the electromechanical industry.
“Attendance at the EASA 2025 Convention is open to all, both members and non-members,”
said Linda Raynes, CAE, EASA President & CEO. “The technical program is a unique
opportunity for plant engineering and maintenance personnel to learn about the latest practices to improve their operations and reduce downtime.”
