Process equipment supplier CPM has announced the acquisition of Jacobs Global, a supplier of aftermarket parts for hammermills and pellet mills. The acquisition is expected to enhance CPM's product offerings, expand its market reach and add capacity to better serve the company’s global customer base.

Jacobs Global was founded in 1934 and has customers in more than 80 countries. The acquisition will integrate Jacobs Global's range of products, including hammermill hammers and screens, pellet mill dies, and roller shells, into CPM's product offerings, providing customers with a comprehensive portfolio of solutions in the animal feed, oilseed, and biomass processing industries and will leverage the combined strengths of both companies to advance product performance and customer satisfaction.
CPM, founded in 1883, supplies process equipment and engineered technologies to a range of industries, including animal feed, consumer food, green energy, advanced materials and sustainable packaging.
