BASF to undergo leadership change April 1

Current CEO Marc Ehrhardt will leave the company and be replaced by Heather Remley, current president, Global Engineering Services, Ludwigshafen.

The global chemical company, BASF has announced that Heather Remley, President of Global Engineering Services, Ludwigshafen, will become President & CEO of BASF Corporation, Florham Park, New Jersey, effective April 1, 2025. Marc Ehrhardt, the company’s current CEO has decided to leave the company at his own request. Christian Aucoin, Senior Vice President of Global Operations Agricultural Solutions, Limburgerhof, will replace Remley in her current role. BASF Group employs around 112,000 people worldwide with core business segments in the chemicals, materials, industrial solutions, and nutrition & care industries and standalone businesses in surface technologies and agricultural solutions.
